Chardonnay 2023

Landwein Oberrhein 12,5 %, grapes from Kippenheim, 20 years old vines in Bio conversion

Black Chardonnay method, native yeast and 18 months elevage in regular burgundian barriques, glas ballon and tank.

Pure and cristalline nose, slight reduction revealing a great complexity and length. Broad palate and length due to the combination of terroir and precision in the cellar.

Pinot Noir 2023

Landwein Oberrhein 12,5%, grapes from Münchweier, 60 years old vines in bio and regenerative farming

Burgundian approach, native and carefully watched fermentation in stainless steel tank, 18 months elevage in regular barrels.

The wine shows a brilliant and precise definition, a red fruit – strawberry dominated nose with a strong spiciness. Voluminous but still elegant and fresh, it stays delicate with moderate tannins and a velvety finish.
